Garrick Delights Watch Enthusiasts At SalonQP

Garrick attended SalonQP for the first time (12th – 14th November) and was amazed at the incredibly positive reaction from visitors, press and fellow watch brands alike. Indeed at times, with swathes of people surrounding the exhibition stand, it proved difficult to greet everyone who showed an interest in the company and its new models, the Norfolk and the Regulator.

SalonQP is the UK’s premiere watch exhibition and this year the event was attended by a record number of visitors.

Ten Best Watches at SalonQP

A plethora of watch companies from around the globe showcased a myriad of new watches,
including some of the finest examples of haute horlogerie created by the world’s most prestigious maisons. It was, therefore, heartwarming for Garrick to receive coverage on CNN and occupy several column inches in the New York Times. Moreover, Garrick was delighted to be selected as one of the ‘Ten Best Watches at SalonQP’ by Stephen Pulvirent, bloomberg.com SEE HERE

Holbeck and Strehler join Garrick at SalonQP

Michael Holbeck, the renowned freelance watch designer from Germany and one of the key figures behind the new Norfolk model, attended the event and spent time meeting visitors on the Garrick stand. Michael was able to regale the public with fascinating insights into horological history and the design of timepieces.

Andreas Strehler, arguably the greatest watchmaker on the planet, known for producing ground-breaking movements for Harry Winston, H. Moser & Cie and Maurice Lacroix was also in attendance on the Garrick stand. Andreas chose the venue to showcase his latest timepiece, the Time Shadow. Furthermore, Andreas has been actively working on the development of the first exclusive Garrick movement to feature in a forthcoming new model, to be launched in 2016.

The waiting lists have started to grow

The Norfolk and the Regulator were revealed to the public for the first time at SalonQP and the reaction was very favourable. Several visitors have placed orders and as the waiting lists have inevitably started to grow, would-be buyers are encouraged to express their interest as soon as possible.
